UNA Watch: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to UNA Watch. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases of products and services from our website, www.unawatch.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not place an order.

Who We Are

UNA Watch Ltd (“UNA”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in Scotland under company number SC793931, with our registered office at CBC House, 24 Canning Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8EG. You can contact us by email at hello@unawatch.com

Definitions

  • “Customer”, “you”, “your”: the person or entity placing an Order with UNA.

  • “Products”: GPS-enabled sports watches and accessories available on our site.

  • “Services”: any platform features or online support accompanying our Products.

  • “Order”: your purchase request, which constitutes an offer to buy under these Terms.

Acceptance & Contract

After you place an Order, we will send you an email confirming receipt. This confirmation does not mean we have accepted your Order.

A binding contract between you and UNA is formed only when we dispatch the Products to your delivery address.

We may refuse or cancel an Order at our discretion. This may happen, for example, if a Product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if we discover an error in the price or description of a Product. If we cancel an Order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP (or other currencies where offered) and include UK VAT where applicable.

We may change our prices at any time, but this will not affect an Order you have already placed and had confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at checkout. Legal ownership of a Product transfers to you once we have received payment in full; risk in the Product passes to you on delivery.

Delivery, Cancellation, Returns & Warranty

Delivery times, your right to cancel or return a Product, how refunds work, and our product warranty are all set out in full in our companion UNA Watch: Warranty & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before placing an Order.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of your account and Order information.

  • Use our Products and Services in accordance with the applicable user manual and all applicable laws.

  • For deliveries outside the UK, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related costs.

Data Protection & Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data, including data collected from your UNA Watch, is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Products, Services, and website, you agree to our collection and use of your data as described there.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, content, software, and other intellectual property rights on our site and in our Products (“Our IP”) belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, modify, or otherwise use Our IP beyond what is reasonably necessary to enjoy the Products and Services.

Responsibilities

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our Warranty & Returns policy for a summary of these rights.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland. Any dispute arising from these Terms may be brought in the Scottish courts. If you live in England or Wales, you may instead bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Northern Ireland, you may instead bring proceedings in the courts of Northern Ireland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via our website or by email. Your continued use of our site, or purchase of Products, after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
