Watches and accessories with batteries (e.g. chargers, sensors) are covered for a period of 24 months. Non-battery accessories, such as straps and cables, are covered for a period of 6 months.

We will endeavour to tackle any mechanical or electronic issues on a case-by-case basis. This means that in the unlikely event something does not work properly, we will work promptly to rectify the issue, even if that requires a new component.

Yes, we currently offer shipping globally. However, we are not responsible for any import duties or taxes once the parcel enters your region. However, we will do our best to cover as much as possible.

UNA is currently a non-submergible device due to its innovative modular design. So, swimming is not something we offer as an activity, nor do we advise it. UNA is IPX5 rated, which means it is splash & showerproof to a high degree.
