Can we try one before committing?
Yes. Buy one evaluation unit at retail, and if you order 10 or more within 60 days we'll credit it back in full.
What happens if a watch gets damaged?
UNA is built from six replaceable modules held together with standard Torx T3 screws. We can supply spares, and most repairs can be done in-house.
Can we build our own software for it?
Yes. The UNA SDK gives you access to heart rate, accelerometer, barometer, magnetometer and GPS. See the Open Source page for more.
How is our data handled?
User data is stored on AWS in London, UK, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS), with access limited to authorised staff. We process data under UK GDPR, health and activity data only with explicit consent, and each user can request access, export or deletion at any time. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, and we're happy to help with your ethics or data protection review.
